Try just the first four days
There is no need to record perfectly. The times you took a dose and the moments your body changed are enough for the shape of the curve to emerge.
The order to start in
- Register the times you take medication Setting your usual times once means you are not typing them in again each day.
- Record a dose at the moment you take it Written down later from memory, intervals of a few minutes blur.
- Note how you are moving whenever it changes Several times a day is fine, and an ambiguous moment can be left ambiguous.
- Look at the graph after about three days One day rarely shows much. Shapes that repeat need a few days to appear.
Common questions
-
Do I have to record all the time?
No. There is no need to hold on to it all day. The times you took a dose, and a few moments when your body felt different, are enough for the shape of the curve to emerge.
-
I cannot tell whether this counts as a good state or a bad one.
You do not have to judge. It does not ask you to pick one of two states — it asks how things are right now, so ambiguous moments can be recorded as they are.
-
Do my records get uploaded to a server?
No. Records stay on the device you use. This website receives no records at all. Export and restore exist for when you change devices.
-
Can I adjust my medication based on what I see?
A record is material for describing your situation. Decisions about which medication you take, at what dose, and at what time belong with the clinicians who look after you.
